One grove, one family
Every bottle comes from trees we planted and prune ourselves on the slopes of the Sicani, not from a blend bought at auction.
Ulivi di Sicilia is a family grove above Cianciana. We harvest early, mill within hours, bottle at origin and ship from Texas, so what reaches your table tastes like the hillside in October.
Every bottle comes from trees we planted and prune ourselves on the slopes of the Sicani, not from a blend bought at auction.
We harvest in October while the olives are still turning. The mill runs the same day, cold, and the oil rests unfiltered in steel.
The oil is bottled at origin and travels once, by sea, to our Texas warehouse. From there it reaches any address in the US in a few days.
Sicily and Texas share a long summer, a love of grilling, and a table that always has room for one more. We moved part of the family here, and the oil followed. Now it leaves the grove once and leaves the warehouse in Texas the day you order.
The whole storyOur everyday extra virgin: green, round, a pepper finish.
The first pressing of the season, unfiltered and cloudy. A few hundred bottles.
A single-cultivar oil: gentle, sweet almond, the oil for fish and salads.
